Corporate Compliance Program

The organization is strongly committed to complying with the highest standards of corporate ethics and has had a Corporate Compliance Program in place since 4 July 2018. The program is periodically reviewed by highly regarded external advisors and includes, in an organized manner, the measures implemented to establish an environment for the prevention, detection and early management of risks. The Program has a specific focus on combating criminal offences and infringements of competition law, among other matters, ensuring the highest level of integrity across all business practices.

The company adheres to VINCI regulations, which establish principles shared by all employees and business partners. These fundamental values are set out in the following five reference documents:

  1. Code of Ethics and Conduct

The Code of Ethics and Conduct establishes the business ethics principles to be applied in different circumstances and in all countries where the company operates.

  2. Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct

The Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct is used together with the Code of Ethics and Conduct and sets out rules for preventing all acts of corruption, particularly by identifying risks in business processes and defining conduct to be avoided.

  3. Human Rights Guide

The Human Rights Guide summarizes potential risks and their implications for companies and establishes a common set of guidelines for addressing human rights issues. These guidelines are based on the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the eight fundamental conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.

  4. Declaration on Essential and Fundamental Actions in Occupational Health & Safety

The Declaration on Essential and Fundamental Actions in Occupational Health & Safety reflects the common commitment to achieving the goal of ZERO ACCIDENTS. The declaration is the result of regular and constructive social dialogue. As part of a continuous improvement policy, it recognizes that progress can only be achieved together with all employees by promoting a strong safety culture.

  5. Environmental Guidelines

The Environmental Guidelines provide a framework designed to minimize the risks and impacts of activities on the environment. All companies must follow these guidelines to improve and adapt their actions and procedures in order to protect and preserve the environment wherever they operate. Each subsidiary is responsible for ensuring that its business partners make similar efforts throughout the life cycle of a project.
